The New Volkswagen Vento Facelift Revealed expected to launch during Festive Season

As Volkswagen India has launched a new  updated Vento along with a new 7- speed dual clutch automatic transmission in 2014. However, the company were planning to work on its major facelift of thus the facelifting process is done and now in the mid year of 2015 it might be launching. 

Summarily, the updated Vento has already been seen in Russia - where it is sold as name of  the Polo sedan. Were in last year the Vento had just received only new head-lamps and alloy wheels in it.

Now its next update it receives an all-new front and a slightly different rear in the next update. 

Thus The new  spied pics reveals that the new Vento will get a Passat-inspired grille, an all-new
bonnet, and a Jetta-like lower front part that gives it a more premium feature.

The new vehicle will gets a chrome strip on the all-new bumper. 

The updated Volkswagen sedan may get some mechanical changes too, whereas the engines will remain as it is.

Thus , the company has not revealed any info. about the product yet.But it is expected to be launched during the Festive season this year.With a rise in price as compared to current model

Chevrolet Captiva has Launched its new segment in India at Rs. 25.13 Lakh

The New Chevrolet Captiva has launched in the Indian market. The new model looks same as 4x2 manual and 4x4 automatic versions,which is  priced at just for Rs. 25.13 lakh and Rs. 27.36 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The car has same features as older one It features the 2.2-litre diesel engine which  is good for 187bhp at 3,800rpm and 400Nm at 2000rpm. The engine offers a 6-speed automatic and a 6-speed manual transmission.The 2015 models gets some new changes too as having a new Cluster Ionizer which generates ions to purify and deodorize cabin interiors and new instrument cluster for improved visibility.

During a launch event , Mr. Arvind Saxena, The President and Managing Director said, "The launch of the all new MY 15 Captiva is in line with our business plan of capturing the all important SUV market and growing our market share. The Captiva has been warmly welcomed in markets around the world due to its combination of distinctive styling, refinement, best-in-class safety, comfort and versatility and powerful yet frugal diesel powertrain.

In India, the car has created it class in the SUV segment. The Captiva offers all the features which a buyer is expecting for their new car segment".

He further added more, "The Captiva has a new refined and power-packed diesel performance which  combines a spacious luxury and fantastic road presence.The Car is having a comfortable space and has a un-matched value for money".

BMW Mini Cooper S (Petrol) Launches at just for Rs. 34.65 Lakhs in India

BMW India yesterday has reaveaed out the new  performance-oriented Mini Cooper S (3-door petrol) in the Indian market at a price tag of Rs. 34.65 lakh (ex-showroom).
The new range Mini's are diesel car models. However, the car were already launched in November 2014 in both three and five-door configurations.

This model comes up with a new 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, twin turbo petrol unit that is capable of churning out a maximum power output of 192bhp and a peak torque of 280Nm.Has a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

The Mini Cooper S touches 100kmph from stand still in only 6.7 seconds, and touches a top-speed of 233kmph. The Cooper S is claims to give an impressive 18.2kmpl of mileage.

The vehicle is based on the same, UKL front-wheel drive platform, that will also underpin the new-gen BMW 1-Series. The Cooper S also gets a new front suspension and revised rear suspension.
Coming towards dimensions, the Cooper S measures 3,821mm in length, 1,414mm in height, 1,727mm in width with a wheelbase of 2,495mm. The company will also offer several customisation options for the wheels, decals, roof and interiors.

Tata Zest Gets A New Top-End AMT Diesel Variant

Tata Motors has launched a new top-end Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) variant of the Zest. which is named as the Zest XTA.The new Zest is priced at just for Rs 8.07 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The new Zest has two AMT-equipped diesel models. On coming towards the features, the Zest XTA has all the features that are offered with the XT manual variant. The some list of features include Harman infotainment system that supports voice command, navigation, SMS readouts, etc.

 The Other features includes height adjustable driver seat, rear parking sensors, climate control, and two airbags among other provisions.

However , no changes to the exterior is reported. The engine is powered by Powering the Fiat-sourced 1.3- litre multi jet diesel engine that is good for 88bhp at 4000rpm and 200Nm at 1750-3000rpm. rated to the 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT), the Zest is claimed to returns with a mileage of 23Km/l.

New Renault Duster in India Launched Today

Today Renault has updated the new Duster in Indian market with several new upgrades. However,no changes is made to the exterior of the car,but has gots  more feature-rich cabin.
The company also revealed about the improvement in its acceleration and low-end torque. 

The New model's price starts at just for  Rs 8.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

 

The new features are such  arm rest for front passengers, gear shift indicator and a new multi- information display with service reminders. The vehicle also gets its first-in-class ECO mode feature, cruise control & speed limiter, new steering column, new instrument cluster and a speed sensitive door lock. 

The cabin were also looks refreshed with a soft touch dashboard and new fabric upholstery.
The car comes in three engine segment - a 1.6- litre petrol (103bhp), a 1.5-litre diesel (84bhp) and a 1.5-litre diesel (108bhp). 

The company also told about the improvement in the fuel efficiency in its diesel models. The 84bhp, 1.5-litre engine delivers 19.87Km/l, whereas the more powerful diesel version returns 19.64Km/l. O

Maruti Suzuki has Recalled its sold Alto 800 and Alto K10

Maruti Suzuki India, the country's leading car maker has recalled  Alto 800 and  K10 which were manufactured between the  December 2014 - 18th February month.The company said that it will going to examine about the 'right hand door latch assemble vehicles. The company also informs about the  problem which was noticed on the quality checks undertaken by MSI. Car owners who are driving the aff models will be contacted by the Ma dealers, and the technicians will call for necessary replacement free of cost. 

If the door is half-latched then the door is pressurised from inside. The company said that the People who bought the Alto 800 and K10 on or after 8th December 2014 then they are pleased to firstly check the company's website www.marutisuzuki.com to know if

The new Ford EcoSport with new Upgrades got Revealed

Ford has taken the wraps off the Ec0 Sport facelift which comes with the rear- spare wheel. The car was announced at Geneva Motor Show. The car has got base inch wheels, black roof and mirror privacy glass and a rear diffuser.

Hence, There is a different  updates of  EcoSport like it provides lower noise. Whereas ,The cabin receives a colour four-in relocated handbrake, partial leather which comes as standard equipment as Titanium variant while a Winter Pa includes heated windscreen, mirror seats has been added and it also in seat ducting.

The company has also made changes in  drive-train which includes a reduce torque truncation in lower gears, s torque delivery improves. The chain  made for both, the EcoBoost and  The powertrains have also been upgraded upto EU6.1 norm.

Suzuki iK-2 aka YRA Concept got revealed

Maruti Suzuki, the country's largest distributor of cars  is now plans to launch a new premium model
This year, which will give tough competition to The new variant of  Hyundai i20 and the new-generation Honda Jazz. Since having a global product, it had launched in several markets.

 In fact, the company has tested this vehicle in India. The company, has  revealed on March 3 about the car  technically and other detail of car at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show also made its global debut as a icon .The  Car model features a new direct-injection turbocharged petrol engine. 

The engine is based on the Su litre K-series engine that also powers the WagonR. The engine' efficiency has been improved by re engine displacement, and output a are boosted with a turbocharger. T engine, whereas could be 1.3-litre multijet unit that also powers Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. The vehicle has brought a new platform for  Suzuki' which is designed to efficient  rigidity while reducing weight via fundamental redesign of the under structure.

Koenigsegg Agera RS and Regera -The Race begins

Koenigsegg has revealed its two new megacar and the Features of these car absolutely Fantastic. The names of megacars are The Koenigsegg Agera RS and the Koenigsegg Regera. As the name suggests Koenigsegg style, they are so powerful, produced in small numbers and just a little bit scary.

The first Koenigsegg Agera RS

The Koenigsegg Agera R super racing car.Which works on the principle that too much is never enough, However, the Swedish Company  has come up with a new variant of faster version :The New Agera RS.
Using parts and information developed from the sledge hammer of  Koenigsegg one :1 project, the RS is a more superior version of the Agera R.
It has less weight than Agera R and has gained downforce: extra winglets, underbody aero bits and an active rear wing generate 450kg of downforce at 155mph. It’s like carrying a Caterham on the roof.

The Agera RS would goes most games of Top Trumps: the 5.0-litre twin-turbo V8 now develops 1160bhp (small fry compared with the One:1’s 1329bhp) and 0-300km/h (186mph) is out of the way in 14 seconds (a VW Up 1.0 hasn’t cracked 60mph by that point).
It  suitably looks so  expensive that there is a  highly polished exposed-weave carbonfibre on every surface that can be seen on the Agera RS, from the bodywork to the wheels, .Thus,when you swing the doors forwards, the instrument binnacle.
 Koenigsegg plans to make 25 of them and has sold 10 before the show.

Now comes to Koenigsegg Regera

This is Koenigsegg’s first go at a hybrid car, although they’re not calling it one because ‘Christian (The company founder) is not a fan of hybrids.’

The engine side of  Regera is the now have twin-turbo 5.0-litre V8, with just 1100bhp . The electric drive portion of the powertrain is more complex: As there are three electric motors, one is slightly smaller one which powers the crankshaft (and double as the starter motor) and another two bigger ones to drive a wheel hub each.The Regera remains a macho rear-wheel drive car.

All together, there is around 1500bhp .It is  estimated about  0-248mph acceleration time probably puts things in perspective best, at just under 20 seconds. You can trail a charging cable from the back of the Regera to pre-charge its batteries ‘for shortest periods of time.’

From an engineering standpoint it is an Fabulous car.there is  no conventional clutch and gearbox setup in it but has a direct drive hydraulic coupling (the electric motors take care of reverse). Koenigsegg’s been plays with hydraulics too. All the bodywork opens hydraulically – As the door, the bonnet, the engine cover – and It can be activated remotely by keyfob, or by smartphone only.The active suspension is also hydraulically actuated, as is the top-mounted active rear wing, which can be retracted completely within the car’s body.

As The Regera name is derived from Swedish word for ‘reign’ and Koenigsegg plans to make 80 examples. 80? Because, The number 80  symbolizes the Their principle of domination, control and achievement in Pythagorean Numerology.’

HYUNDAI ELITE I20 CROSS to be launched on 17 March

Hyundai has revealed about its Elite i20 Cross with a few new equipments and had put it on test on Indian roads. The Hyundai Elite i20 Cross is scheduled to be launched on March 17 in India.

Lets talk about  The Car .

 Exterior -
Here The new i20 sports many changes .Regular hatch’s civilized image is being revolutionized into a rugged vehicle through cladding lower part of the body,adding skid plate on bumpers, roof rails, new pattern of alloy wheels and smoked kind projector headlamps that will also feature daytime running LED's. Increased ground clearance has also added a bit more flavor to its overall look.

 

Interior-
Although, there is no any more details  about its interior it will be same as its another i20 were, The Elite i20 Cross will boast of an all-black theme. However, basic layout and design inside will remain untouched but a few exclusive features like tilt gauges and electric compass can be expected to be emphasized  on its rugged Look.

Thus Hyundai will offer the new car in a number of variants.As the base variant will come loaded only with basic amenities such as front power windows, power steering and Air conditioning while premium features like rear AC vents, keyless entry, engine start- stop button, infotainment system, electric foldable mirrors and so on will be made available on range-topping trims.

Engine,Transmission &Mileage-
In terms of mechanical support it will remain same as older Hyundai i20 which means it possess same chassis and engine options. The i20 petrol is powered by a 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine  that produces 83bhp and 115 Nm of torque, whereas in term of the diesel variants it uses 1.4-litre CRDi diesel produces 89bhp and 220 Nm of Torque. These engines comes with a 5-speed and 6-
speed manual gearbox on petrol and diesel respectively. The Elite delivers an mileage of 18.60 kmpl on petrol and 22.3 kmpl on diesel variant .The i20 Cross will have more ground clearance than its older version.
 

Price and Launch-

The new Hyundai Elite i20 starting price will be 6.25 lakh (the price could be more or less ). The car is scheduled to be launched on March 17 in India.

It will has its Tough competitio with the Toyota Etios Cross, Fiat Avventura and Volkswagen Cross
Polo.

Hyundai New Verna launch in 18 feb

Hyundai is now ready to introduce its new Verna in the country.Even though The Verna has been feeling the heat from its competitior's  in best selling segment,especial the Honda City and the Maruti Ciaz. At this moment, the Verna is the least selling of the trio. Inorder to make up his lost ground, Thus Hyundai Verna's new version is being launched on 18th Feb 2015.

The new Hyundai Verna has already been launched in Russia,but having different name Solaris .
Apart from this upgrades on Indian spec Verna are expected to be same as that on newly launched version in Russia. 

Thus the front has been redesigned in the new car. It sports a new pair of swept-back headlights, resculpted bumper, a new twin-slate chrome grille and new fog-lamps clubbed with daytime running LEDs. The rest of the car remains pretty much similar to the older model. The ‘Fluidic’ design is still same while the new model retains an overall similar profile as of the current version. The rear also remains more or less unchanged save for a new pair of LED tail-lamps and a redesigned bumper. On the inside, changes will be minimal as well with the new car featuring a similar dashboard layout, color tones and equipment.

Powertrain choices will also be rsame and the new model will continue to feature the same set of 1.4-litre and 1.6-litre petrol and diesel engines as before. The bigger 1.6 petrol and diesel engines will continue to come with optional automatic gearboxes. Power and torque remain unchanged but the engines are slightly more efficient.

Interiors remain same as the previous Verna save for 1 GB of internal memory for the audio system, a new ERGO lever to push forward the front co-driver seat from the back, revised rear cup holders etc. Quality and design remain top notch though.

The new Verna will be priced between Rs 7.50 lakh to Rs 11.50 lakh. 

Volkswagen New Jetta going to launch soon in mid March

 Volkswagen  for long now bringing its new mid sedan Jetta for the Indian market in 2015.it has spot testing at different locations across the country,which suggest the launch is near.the expected launch of  Volkswagen New Jetta is around March 2015.

 There is minimal changes in the car includes cosmetic changes.and few revision in powertrain.

 The most noticeable visible change in the new Jetta will be its revised front-end design that now features a three-slat chrome grille (Volkswagen Passat inspired), bi-xenon headlamps with L-shaped daytime running LEDs, and a redesigned front bumper that now features larger air-intakes and new fog-lamp housings. Similarly, the rear has also been restyled with a new bumper and a new pair of LED tail-lights.which make the car look so prettier.

Now comes to the Interiors the car is sported with a new piano black trim, a flat-bottom steering wheel, a redesigned instrument cluster, an integrated touchscreen infotainment system, etc. 

Mechanically, the new Jetta will retain the powertrain options from the current model, however, the new petrol and diesel variants may get increased power output. The options  for engine will include the same as before 1.4 litre TSI petrol engine and a 2.0 litre TDI diesel engine. 

The new Volkswagen Jetta has  a tough competition against Chevrolet Cruze, Toyota Corolla, Hyundai Elantra, Skoda Octavia etc.
